According to the internal summary and classification of our Buddhism Zen can be divided into three types: one is called "Rulai Zen" one is called "Zu Shi Zen" and the other is called "secret Zen". The so-called Zen as we have already mentioned is a stable state of mind. So what kind of results do we need to achieve to achieve this stable state of mind? From the perspective of Buddhism it is to obtain the results of birth. Everyone should understand that Buddhism is about fate and believes that all things exist because of fate. This relationship of cause and effect seems to be a very simple sentence. In fact its connotation is very rich and it can probably explain the phenomenon of everything. Our life becomes very complicated as we follow the cause so we need to return and precipitate continuously through Zen until we discover the principle of the existence of life.
